Retail shipping does not apply

This website is not an online store. Nothing is sold or shipped through it, and there are no shipping rates, checkout, or order tracking. This policy instead describes how transport works as part of the services we contract for.

Freight and transport work

Our freight service covers moving construction materials, equipment, debris and spoil in connection with project work. Each request is assessed and quoted individually based on the load, the route and the access at both ends.

What we don't publish

We do not publish fleet details, weight limits, coverage radius, rate cards or guaranteed delivery windows. Those depend on the specific load and schedule, and we would rather confirm what we can genuinely commit to for your job than advertise a promise that may not hold on every route.

What is agreed per job

• Pickup and delivery locations, and access at each
• What is being transported and how it is loaded and secured
• The scheduled window, confirmed with you before the move
• Price, and who is responsible for what at each end
• Any permits or restrictions relevant to the route or load

Equipment delivery for rentals

Transport of rented equipment to and from your site can be arranged and is quoted with the rental. Delivery and collection times are agreed as part of those terms.

Delays

Traffic, weather, site access and conditions beyond our control can affect timing. If something is going to be late, we tell you rather than leave you waiting.
