This policy explains how ZAMA Demolition and Excavation ("ZAMA", "we") handles personal information in connection with this website. It is written to reflect how this website actually works and is intended to align with Canadian federal privacy legislation (PIPEDA) and Ontario practice. 1. What we collect

When you use the quote or contact form, your own email application opens with the details you entered — name, phone number, email address, service requested, project location, property type, scope, timeline and your description. That information reaches us as an ordinary email when you press send.
• Photos or files. Only if you choose to attach them to that email or send them separately.
• Phone and email contact. Whatever you choose to tell us when you call or write.
• Website storage. A single value in your browser recording that you dismissed the cookie notice, and a session value recording that the quote prompt has been shown. Both stay on your device.

This website does not run advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not create user accounts.

2. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of the projects we've discussed or performed. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

3. Consent and withdrawing consent

By sending us your details you consent to us using them to respond to your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing zama_demo@outlook.com, subject to any information we must keep for legal, tax or contractual reasons.

4. Commercial email (CASL)

Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to any mailing list. We contact you about your enquiry and your project. If we ever send commercial electronic messages, they will identify us, include our contact details and offer an unsubscribe method, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

5. Retention

Enquiry emails and project records are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work, and meet business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations — then deleted or archived. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

6. Your rights: access, correction and erasure

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zama_demo@outlook.com or call +1 (437) 232-4096. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be subject to legal exceptions. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal information. It may be handled by:

• Our website hosting provider, which serves this site and may log standard technical request data.
• Our email provider (Outlook / Microsoft), which receives and stores the messages you send us.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests those files directly from Google.
• Suppliers or subcontractors where necessary to carry out work you have engaged us for.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

8. Automated decision-making and AI

This website does not use automated decision-making, profiling, or AI systems to evaluate, score or qualify your enquiry. Every request is read and answered by a person. Design and written content on this website were produced with the assistance of AI tools; that has no bearing on how your information is handled. See our disclaimer.

9. Security and breach notification

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a privacy breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law, and keep records of the breach.

10. Children

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as our practices or the website change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
