How rental works with ZAMA

We run machines every day, which means the fleet is working. Rather than publish an inventory that may be committed to a job the week you need it, we confirm availability against your actual dates. You tell us the task, the site and the window; we tell you what we can put on the ground and on what terms.

What to tell us

• The work the machine needs to do
• Site access — width, surface, overhead clearance and slope
• Dates and expected duration
• Whether you need an operator or machine only
• Whether you need transport to and from the site

Machine only or machine with operator

Both are possible. If the work is unfamiliar or the site is tight, an operator is usually the faster and safer route — we'll give you a straight opinion rather than simply renting you the biggest machine.

Terms

Rates, duration, transport and responsibilities are set out before the equipment leaves our yard. Nothing is committed until you have that in writing. Cancellation terms are covered in our cancellation policy.
