- What services does ZAMA provide?
- Demolition, excavation, waterproofing, machinery rental and freight. If your project touches more than one of those, it can be handled together.
- Where does ZAMA work?
- We operate across Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. If you're outside that area, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.
- How do I get a price?
- Send a quote request with the scope, location and timeline, or call us. Where the work needs a site visit, we'll arrange one before quoting.
- Do you charge for a quote?
- Contact us for how quoting works on your specific scope — it depends on the type and size of the job.
- Do you work on residential as well as commercial projects?
- Yes. Residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sites are all within scope, sized to the job.
- Can you handle disposal of debris and spoil?
- Yes. Removal and disposal can be included in the scope of demolition and excavation work.
- How quickly can you start?
- It depends on the current schedule and the scope. Tell us your target dates and we'll tell you what's realistic rather than promising a date we can't hold.
- What are your hours?
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, closed Sunday (Eastern Time). Email any time.
- Is my information kept private?
- Quote details go to our email inbox and are used to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists. See the Privacy Policy for details.
