Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026.

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by ZAMA Demolition and Excavation. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

This website presents information about our services and provides a way to contact us. It is not an offer to enter into a contract, and nothing on it is a binding commitment to perform work on any particular terms.

2. Quotes and enquiries

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Scope, price, schedule and terms are agreed separately in writing for each project. Any figures discussed before a site assessment are preliminary and may change once actual conditions are known.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but service descriptions are general and may not reflect every situation or our availability at a given time. See the disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use this site unlawfully or to submit false or misleading information.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not scrape or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The ZAMA name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by or licensed to ZAMA Demolition and Excavation and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party names or marks mentioned anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are not used to imply any endorsement or affiliation.

6. Third-party links

Links to our social media profiles and other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Ontario consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contracted work is governed by the agreement for that project.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
